Launched as a Kickstarter project last year, Luna is now available to everyone, priced at $80 (an extra $20 over the crowdfunded version). The device’s promise is similar to Duet, but accomplishes the task wirelessly and with better precision than its chief competitor.
We at digitalEPIGRAPHY have already reviewed the unit and have been happy users since ve've received our little Mac dongle shortly after Astro HQ's extremely succesful Kickstarter campaign was over. A little reminder for those who aren't familiar with this little device: you plug the adapter into either a USB-C or Mini DisplayPort on your Mac, and if the two devices are connected to the same network you’ve got a second monitor on your hand!
As we have already elaborated on it, Luna also works with the company’s other product, AstroPad, which turns the iPad into a makeshift Wacom drawing tablet. Luna Display is available to order on Astro HQ's website in both USB-C and Mini DisplayPort versions. A little help with your purchase if you do it from our site: for a limited time get 10% off of Luna when you use the code lunalove at checkout. (Offer ends October 17, 2018. Shipping available to the United States, Canada, Mexico, Japan, and the European Union.)
